Privacy policy
What information this website collects and how we use it.
Information you send us
When you request an estimate, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if provided, project city, the service you are interested in and your message. We use this information only to respond to your request, schedule an estimate and communicate with you about your project.
How we store it
Requests are emailed to our office and stored in a secured database on our web host so we do not lose track of them. Only our staff can access them. We keep requests as long as needed to serve you and for normal business records.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us run this website and email, and only as needed to provide those services.
Technical information
Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and prevent spam. Embedded content such as Google Maps may set its own cookies according to that provider's policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent by calling (209) 518-6104 or emailing info@brickhousemasonry.net. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law.
